Server settings
Dashboard access, server-wide defaults, the activity feed, image storage, and the controls for deleting your data.
Settings is the last row of the General group and covers the things that are true of the whole server rather than of one system. It opens on four counters (Members, Admin roles, Bot Master roles and Warnings) and a Server card with the server's ID (click to copy), your own level of access and the date Arclo was added.
Dashboard access
Who may open the dashboard for this server, and how much of it. Two tiers live here, Bot Master roles and Page access (pages picked for a role or a single member), and both are explained in full on Who can change settings.
- The page also lists which roles currently hold Administrator (they always have full access, so they are not offered as Bot Masters), and warns you at the top if
@everyoneholds it, or if Arclo is missing Manage Roles, which every system that gives roles needs. - Only the owner and administrators can edit either list.
Defaults
- Default embed color
- The color Arclo uses for any message whose design has not had a color chosen for it. It is applied when the message is built, so nothing stored is rewritten and a design with its own color is untouched. Pick it with the palette button beside the sample message; Restore defaults brings back the built-in light blue.
- Default timezone
- Starts empty, and empty means every scheduling picker opens on the zone of whoever is looking at it. Set one to make analytics reports, ticket schedules, the slowmode manager, automation schedules and birthdays all start on it instead. It is only where they begin: each can still be set to its own zone. Detect my timezone fills in yours.
One consequence of the color default
Arclo's built-in light blue is what an unconfigured design carries, so it doubles as “nobody chose a color here”. A server that deliberately picks that exact blue is indistinguishable from one that never picked anything. Pick a shade either side of it if you want it pinned.
Recent dashboard activity
A running feed of the latest 40 changes made on the dashboard for this server, newest first, with who made them. It answers “who turned that off?” without needing Discord's audit log, which never sees a dashboard edit.

Image storage
Every picture uploaded to a design on this server counts toward one allowance: 25 MB, for up to 100 images. This section shows how much is used and which systems hold it. Open a system to see each picture and where it is used; each one links straight to that spot in its editor.
Uploads no saved design uses, like backgrounds you tried and didn't keep, are cleared automatically once they're an hour old, overnight at the latest. Nothing in a saved design is ever removed. When an upload fails because storage is full, the message links here.
Freeing the space an image in use takes
Change or remove the image in that system's editor and save. The space comes back on your next upload.
Data and privacy
- Clear cached data
- Drops the browser's local copy of this server's dashboard state. It changes nothing on the server and switches nothing off. Use it when a page looks stale.
- Server backups
- A shortcut to Backups & Templates. Nothing is backed up until you set it up there, and a backup captures the Discord server, not these settings.
- Reset Arclo on this serverOwner only
- Puts every system back to a fresh install and deletes everything collected here. Reset… asks you to type the server's name, then Reset everything does it. Channels, roles and messages Arclo already created stay in Discord.
Nothing can restore these settings
A reset removes every system's configuration, levels, cases, tickets, counters and history for this server, and the Bot Master roles, page access and defaults on this page with them. Your saved backups, templates and chat logs are kept, and so is the activity feed. Backups and templates capture the Discord server (channels, roles, messages), not Arclo's configuration, so they cannot bring it back.
