Server settings
Dashboard access, server-wide defaults, the activity feed, and the controls for deleting your data.
Settings is the last row of the General group and covers the things that are true of the whole server rather than of one system.
Dashboard access
Who may open the dashboard for this server, and how much of it. Two tiers live here — Bot Master roles and page grants — and both are explained in full on Who can change settings.

@everyonedoes. - Only the owner and administrators can edit either list.
Defaults
- Default embed color
- The color Arclo uses for any message whose design has not had a color chosen for it. It is applied when the message is built, so nothing stored is rewritten and a design with its own color is untouched.
- Default time zone
- Starts empty, and empty means follow whoever is looking — dates render in your own browser's zone. Set one only to pin every admin to a particular zone. Anything with its own zone still wins.
One consequence of the color default
Arclo's built-in light blue is what an unconfigured design carries, so it doubles as “nobody chose a color here”. A server that deliberately picks that exact blue is indistinguishable from one that never picked anything — pick a shade either side of it if you want it pinned.
Recent dashboard activity
A running feed of changes made on the dashboard for this server, with who made them. It answers “who turned that off?” without needing Discord's audit log, which never sees a dashboard edit.

Data and privacy
- Clear cached data
- Drops the browser's local copy of this server's dashboard state. It changes nothing on the server and switches nothing off — use it when a page looks stale.
- Reset everythingOwner only
- Deletes this server's Arclo configuration and data and starts again from empty. It asks you to type the server's name first.
Nothing can restore these settings
A reset removes every system's configuration, levels, cases, tickets, counters and history for this server. Backups and templates capture the Discord server — channels, roles, messages — not Arclo's configuration, so they cannot bring it back.
