7. Your Content
You keep every right you already had in Your Content. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, adapt for display, and transmit Your Content solely so that we can operate the Service for you — delivering your welcome message to Discord, rendering your embed in a preview, storing the backup you took. That licence lasts only as long as we hold the content, and ends when it is deleted.
If you publish something for other people to use — a server template in the community library, or a public board — you additionally grant other users of the Service the licence needed to view it and, for templates, to apply it to their own Server. Deleting it withdraws the licence going forward but does not undo what was already applied.
You represent and warrant, for everything you put into the Service, that:
- you own it or have the rights and permissions needed to use it and to grant the licences above;
- it does not infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights; and
- it is not unlawful, and does not breach section 8.
We do not pre-screen Your Content and are under no obligation to monitor it, but we may remove or disable anything that breaches these Terms or the law, or that exposes us or other users to risk. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, write to contact@arclo.gg identifying the material, the right you hold and how to reach you, and we will act on it promptly.
