Ticketing

Support that does not live in your DMs.

Members open a private channel from a panel you designed, optionally after filling in a form. Staff claim it, add people, rename it and close it with a reason — and the transcript archives itself. Panels, ticket history and per-panel analytics all live on the web.

Try it

Open a ticket, claim it, close it

The whole flow, with the buttons Arclo ships with. Channel tickets or thread tickets, per panel.

01
Panels you designButtons or a dropdown, several categories per panel, each routed to different staff roles.
02
Forms before the channelAsk the three questions you always end up asking, before the ticket even opens.
03
Real staff toolsClaim, transfer, add or remove members, rename, and close with a reason that gets recorded.
04
Transcripts and analyticsEvery closed ticket keeps its transcript, and each panel reports volume and response times.
On the web

The queue, the builder, and every transcript

An eight-tab builder behind each panel: the panel, the form, the opening message, the replies, the transcript and the close. Every message, attachment, embed and reaction is saved when a ticket closes and readable in the browser afterwards, with edited messages marked as edited.

/ticket remove

/ticket open

Reopens a ticket that is currently closed.
