Command Info

Command Info lists all 263 operations Arclo can run, grouped by the system that owns them. It edits the same records as the Commands section at the bottom of each system's page, so the two surfaces cannot drift.

Finding a command

• Search matches a command's name, description and usage, and the name of its system, and opens every system holding a match.
• Every system is a card under the sidebar's own group headings, with the always-on General systems last, showing how many of its commands are enabled. Open one to see its commands; the status filter narrows to enabled, disabled or restricted commands. A system that is off says so on its card, with a link to switch it on.
• The counters at the top show how many commands are enabled, disabled and restricted, and how many of Discord's 100 slash-command slots Arclo is using, so “what did we change?” is answerable at a glance. Enabled means running: a command whose system is off counts as disabled. Restricted counts the commands with a required Discord permission, and the administrator-only ones.
• Each command is a tile with its switch, Copy command and Settings. Badges at its foot mark who may run it by default, a right-click command, a required permission, and Destructive commands.

What you can change

A command's switch sits on its tile; its Settings button opens the rest. Every field is explained on How commands work; in short:

• The switch: off removes the command from this server's slash menu.
• Role permissions and Channel permissions: who may run it (No role filter, Only these roles, Everyone except) and where (All channels, Only these channels, All channels except, up to 25 channels). Ticket commands ask instead whether ticket managers may use them, plus extra roles.
• Required Discord permissions: members need all of them, not any. Administrators and the server owner always pass.
• Cooldown: Per user or for the Whole server, up to 24 hours.
• Private response: the reply is visible only to the person who ran it.
• Redirect output: send a public reply to a channel of your choice, mentioning the person who ran it there. A private reply cannot be redirected.
• Custom replies: the success reply and every error reply, with a live preview.

   Individually, a whole system at once with the checkbox beside its name, or with Select all for everything the filter and the search leave.

   Act on them

   Enable, Disable, Edit settings… or Reset… in the bar at the foot of the page. Edit settings replaces every field on every selected command with what the form holds, so it is not a partial patch. Custom replies and each command's own switch are left alone.

• All on, All off, Manage and Restore defaults sit in the toolbar at the top of an open system's card and act on the commands it shows, narrowed by the filter and the search. Manage opens the same bulk editor.
• The bulk tools write at once rather than waiting for the save bar, so with an edit unsaved they ask you to save or discard it first.
• Reset deletes everything configured for a command, custom replies, required permissions and redirect included, which returns it to its defaults. Not to off. It cannot be undone.

Your server's command slots

Discord allows 100 slash commands per server, plus five message and five user context-menu commands. Arclo's own commands and your Custom Commands are registered against the same limits, and the Slash commands counter at the top of the page says how many of the 100 Arclo is using; its hint gives the two right-click counts. A slot is the top-level name, so /voice costs one whichever of its 25 subcommands are switched on, and frees it only when the last one goes.

Administrator-only commands

Some commands are administrator-only inside the handler whatever the dashboard says: restoring a backup, editing XP, the reset verbs. Only administrators and the server owner can run them, and /help leaves them out for everybody else. Their role, channel, permission and cooldown controls give way to a note saying so; their switch, Private response, redirect and replies can still be changed.

Systems with no page of their own

The Information lookups and Arclo's own commands are configured from the Information card, under the General heading at the end of the list, because commands are all there is to configure about them.
