Moderation
Everything your staff does, numbered, logged and reversible.
Warn, mute, kick, ban, lock a channel, slow it down or clear a mess. Every one of them opens a numbered case with a reason, a moderator, a duration and a full history for that member. Timed punishments lift themselves, mutes renew past Discord's 28-day timeout cap, and members can appeal from a public page your staff decide on inside Discord.
A warning opens a case, and the record keeps it
Below, a /warn opens case #1284, /case pardon takes it back, and /modlogs still lists it, marked pardoned. Every punishment runs on that one path, so the case number, the DM, the log entry and the appeal happen the same way each time.

What your members type
Commands are registered per server and only while the system is switched on, so a server that never turns this on never sees them in its command list.
/banBans a member, permanently, or for a duration that lifts itself. Works on somebody who has already left.
/unbanLifts a ban. Accepts a user id or picks from the ban list.
/softbanBans and immediately unbans. The way to wipe somebody's recent messages without keeping them out.
/kickRemoves a member from the server. They can rejoin with a new invite.
