Warn, mute, kick, ban, lock a channel, slow it down or clear a mess — every one of them opens a numbered case with a reason, a moderator, a duration and a full history for that member. Timed punishments lift themselves, mutes renew past Discord's 28-day timeout cap, and members can appeal from a public page your staff decide on inside Discord.

What your members type
Commands are registered per server and only while the system is switched on — so a server that never turns this on never sees them in its command list.
/banBans a member — permanently, or for a duration that lifts itself. Works on somebody who has already left.
/unbanLifts a ban. Accepts a user id or picks from the ban list.
/softbanBans and immediately unbans — the way to wipe somebody's recent messages without keeping them out.
/kickRemoves a member from the server. They can rejoin with a new invite.
