Yes, and that is on purpose. Every system starts switched off. Your first 15 minutes is the shortest useful path.

No. Configuration lives entirely on the dashboard; commands run things rather than configure them. The one exception is per-command settings, which can be reached from either the dashboard or nowhere else — there is no in-Discord alternative.

Server structure — channels, roles, permissions — yes, with Backups & Templates. Arclo's own settings are per-server and are not copied by a backup.

Seconds. Most systems keep a short cache of their configuration, so allow up to about twenty seconds for a change to reach a busy server.

Check it is online in the member list, that it can see and send in the channel, and that the command has not been restricted on the Command Info page. If the commands are missing from the slash menu entirely, reload Discord with Ctrl + R.

Almost always role hierarchy: Arclo's role must sit above any role it hands out. See Permissions Arclo needs.

Check the channel's own permission overwrites for Arclo — Send Messages and Embed Links. A server-wide permission can be overridden by a single category.

The default mute is a Discord timeout, which needs Moderate Members and cannot exceed 28 days per application. Arclo renews long mutes automatically; if you would rather use a role, switch the mute method on Moderation → Setup.

Check the channel is not on the Levels ignore list, that the member does not hold an ignored role, and that the system is still switched on.

Only what a configured system needs: settings you saved, and records the features you enabled produce — cases, levels, tickets, invite attribution and so on. The Privacy Policy lists it exactly, including how long each category is kept.

The bot receives message content because filters, transcripts and starboards cannot work without it. What is stored is much narrower — see §5 of the Privacy Policy.

That server's configuration and data are deleted. Backups and templates are deliberately stored outside that cascade and survive.

Yes — General → Settings → Data & privacy has an owner-only reset that wipes the server's Arclo configuration and data and starts again from empty.

Discord allows 100 slash commands per server, and Arclo's own commands share that hundred with your Custom Commands. Only the systems you have enabled are registered, so the usual fix is to turn off a system you are not using — Command Info shows how many of the hundred are in use and lets you switch individual commands off to free the rest.

Not in bulk — Discord's API refuses it. Anything that clears a channel works within a 14-day window, which is why the purge and auto purge caps look the way they do.
