Yes, and that is on purpose. Every system starts switched off. Your first 15 minutes is the shortest useful path.

There is no setup wizard in Discord, and systems are switched on only from the dashboard, where every setting lives. A few commands are shortcuts to one setting (/logs channel, /logs toggle, /automod toggle, /security whitelist add, /form toggle); they edit the same records, so the dashboard always shows what is in force.

Server structure (channels, roles, permissions) yes, with Backups & Templates. Arclo's own settings are per-server and are not copied by a backup or a template.

Seconds. Most systems keep a short cache of their configuration, so allow up to about twenty seconds for a change to reach a busy server.

Check it is online in the member list, that it can see and send in the channel, and that the command has not been restricted on the Command Info page. If a command is missing from the slash menu entirely, its system may be switched off (a system that is off takes its commands out of your server), or Discord has not caught up yet: reload Discord with Ctrl + R.

Almost always role hierarchy: Arclo's role must sit above any role it hands out. See Permissions Arclo needs. If you removed and re-added Arclo recently, Discord gave it a new role at the bottom of the list.

Check the channel's own permission overwrites for Arclo: View Channel, Send Messages, Embed Links, and Attach Files for anything with a generated banner or card. A server-wide permission can be overridden by a single category. With the system's logger on, a post that failed is recorded there.

The default mute is a Discord timeout, which needs Moderate Members and cannot exceed 28 days at a time; Arclo renews longer mutes automatically. Check that the member does not outrank Arclo or the moderator, and is not on Moderation's immunity list. If you would rather use a role, change How a mute works on Moderation's General tab.

Check Who can earn XP and Where XP can be earned on Levels → Multipliers & Limits (each is either an except list or an only these list), a channel multiplier of -100%, the message Cooldown on XP & Levels (only one message per cooldown earns), and that the system is still switched on.

Only what a configured system needs: settings you saved, and records the features you enabled produce. Cases, levels, tickets, invite attribution and so on. The Privacy Policy lists it exactly, including how long each category is kept.

The bot receives message content because filters, transcripts and starboards cannot work without it. What is stored is much narrower. See §5 of the Privacy Policy.

That server's configuration and data are marked for deletion and deleted for good 14 days later. Re-add Arclo inside those 14 days and everything comes back as it was. Backups, templates and chat logs are deliberately stored outside that deletion and survive. See Removing Arclo.

Yes: General → Settings → Data & privacy has an owner-only Reset… that puts every system back to a fresh install and deletes what Arclo collected (levels, invite counts, analytics, achievements, birthdays, saved messages). It asks you to type the server's name first, and it cannot be undone. Saved backups, templates and chat logs are kept, and channels, roles and messages Arclo already created stay in Discord.

Discord allows 100 slash commands per server, and Arclo's own commands share that hundred with your Custom Commands. Only the systems you have enabled are registered, so the usual fix is to turn off a system you are not using. Command Info shows how many of the hundred are in use and lets you switch individual commands off to free the rest.

5 of the 14 platforms cost money per tracked account, or need API access Arclo cannot get on its own, so they are locked for every server rather than advertised and not delivered. Not in bulk. Discord's API refuses it. Anything that clears a channel works within a 14-day window, which is why the purge and auto purge caps look the way they do.
