Spotify Alerts
Alerts for every artist you follow — New release. New releases can take up to an hour to be detected.
Arclo watches a artist and posts an announcement when something new appears. The engine, the message editor, the filters and the behaviour options are the same on every platform — see Social Alerts for those. This page covers what is specific to Spotify.
Adding a artist
- Spotify artist
- Artist names search Spotify; artist links and URIs resolve directly. For example:
Tame Impala or an artist link. - Channel
- Where the alert is posted. A forum channel makes each alert its own thread.
- AvailabilityNeeds a provider
- This platform reaches an upstream service that Arclo's operator configures. If it is not reachable, the dashboard says so and the alert is still saveable — it starts working when the connection is.
