Giveaways
Set the prize, the length and who is allowed in; members enter with one button. Requirements, bonus entries, scheduling, rerolls and a participants browser.
On this page
A giveaway is a message with a Join button. Arclo counts the entries, checks the requirements when somebody enters and again at the draw, picks the winners and announces them — on time, without anybody remembering.

New giveaway
Set the prize, the number of winners, the channel and how long it runs. Every duration is written the normal way —
2d,12h.Add requirements, if you want any
Roles, level, invite count, account age, time in the server, and a required number of messages sent.
Design the message
The requirements block is generated and appended automatically, so it always says what is actually enforced.
Publish
Or save it as a draft and publish later. You can also schedule it to start on its own.

Requirements and bonus entries
- Required roles
- Must hold one of them. There is a blocked-roles list too.
- Level, invites, messages
- Read from Levels, Invite Tracking and the message counters.
- Account age / server age
- Keeps a giveaway from being farmed by accounts made this morning.
- Bonus entries
- Extra weight for boosters or for roles you name — a role worth three entries genuinely counts three times in the draw.
- CAPTCHA
- Optional image challenge on entry, for prizes big enough to attract scripts.
Requirements are re-checked at the draw
Somebody who met them on entry and left the required role behind is not eligible when the winners are picked. That is what stops “join, enter, leave”.
Kinds of giveaway
- Timed — the normal one. Ends at a moment you set.
- Drop — ends the instant the Nth person enters. First come, first served.
- Scheduled — queued to start later, once or on a repeat.
- Repeating — an ended giveaway can automatically queue its own next run.
Running one
- The participants browser is a button on the giveaway: paged, searchable, and managers can remove somebody from it (which is logged).
- End now ends it immediately from the dashboard or with a command.
- Reroll picks a new winner from the same entry list, at any time after the draw.
- A winner role can be granted for a set time, and the giveaway's thread can close itself.
Messages
Eleven editable messages: the giveaway itself, the entry confirmation, the “you have already entered” reply and its Leave button, the entry removal, the ended announcement, the winner DM, the reroll, the requirements refusal, the participants panel and the creation notice. Placeholders include {prize}, {winners}, {entries}, {ends} and {host}.
Who may run them
Two role lists: creators may create, schedule, reroll and manage their own; managers may manage anybody's. Administrators can do both. Templates and schedules are dashboard-only.

Still stuck? Ask in the support server — somebody there has almost certainly configured this before.
