A form is a modal, not a questionnaire in a channel
The applicant presses one button and answers in a box only they can see — nothing lands in the channel. Discord allows five fields per popup, so a longer form is asked page by page, and files they attach are re-hosted as real attachments because the ones a modal produces expire after about a day.
