Reminders
"Remind me in three hours", and it does.
One-off and recurring reminders for members and for your staff, in the member's own time zone, delivered as a plain message or an embed you designed. There is a Remind Me action on any message, too.
The nudge, when you asked for it
Wall-clock scheduling in your own time zone (set with /reminder timezone, or the server's default until you do), so “tomorrow at 9” means nine in the morning where you are, and the confirmation says which zone it read.
- Their time zoneEach member's own, set with /reminder timezone, or your server's default until they do. Every confirmation names the zone it used.
- Recurring or one-offA nudge in twenty minutes, or the same reminder every Monday morning.
- Right-click a message"Remind Me" on any message sets a reminder that links back to it.
- Plain or designedSimple by default, with an embed editor when a reminder deserves one.
What your members type
Commands are registered per server and only while the system is switched on, so a server that never turns this on never sees them in its command list.
/reminder createSets a personal reminder. DM by default, or into a channel.
/reminder listLists your reminders on this server.
/reminder deleteDeletes one of your reminders.
/reminder pausePauses or resumes one of your repeating reminders.
2 more commands in Reminders. Every one can be renamed, restricted to roles or switched off per channel from the dashboard. See the docs
