Multiple suggestion boards, voting with buttons or reactions, a staff review queue, and nine statuses to say what happened. A decided suggestion does not have to stop collecting votes. That is your call, not the bot's.

A suggestion, and what happened to it

Nine statuses, buttons or reactions for the vote, and a review queue so nothing reaches the board until somebody has read it.

  • Boards, not one channelFeature requests, event ideas and bug reports can each have their own board and rules.
  • Buttons or reactionsPick the voting style per board; switching later asks first, because it moves real votes.
  • A review queueSuggestions can wait for staff before they post. Approve or reject. Never quietly rewrite.
  • Nine statusesPlanned, in progress, done, declined, duplicate and more, each with its own color and message.

What your members type

Commands are registered per server and only while the system is switched on, so a server that never turns this on never sees them in its command list.

/suggestion create

Posts a suggestion to one of the server's boards.

/suggestion status

Decides a suggestion. Approved, denied, considered, implemented, in progress, duplicate or a status of your own.

/suggestion votes

Shows who voted on a suggestion, and how it stands.

/suggestion edit

Rewrites a suggestion. Yours, or any of them if you manage suggestions.
