Publish a panel and let members pick up their own roles with reactions, buttons or a dropdown. Choose whether a role toggles, only ever gets added, or gets removed on click — and let Arclo create the roles for you if they do not exist yet.
Pick up a role without asking anyone
Buttons, a dropdown or reactions. Switch the mode below: toggle hands the role back when you press again, reverse does the opposite, and grant-only keeps it. Every press answers privately, and the panel itself never changes — a posted message looks the same to everyone who can see it.
Six panels that build their own roles
Pick a template and publish it: Arclo creates every role it names that does not exist yet, with the color already set where the template gives one. The Colors panel alone is seven named roles with their hex already set, so nobody has to make or tint one by hand. Everything stays editable afterwards — these are a starting point, not a mould.
